Day 2 of the Pops expieriment

Today was day 2 for me. I slept like a baby last night. It was heaven. I have 3 dogs in my house who seem to only sleep during the day, for once they did not keep me up. I got up today, had my 1/2 caf coffee, and a few apples, and took a purple. It was great. I have not had this much energy in a long time. I took my green about an hour ago, and have been winding down nicely. I love these!!! I have been working on my webpage all day, thats a bit frustrating, but I think I have it finally. Ready for day 3!

hi Nichole, I'd like to know more whether Pops is a kind of pill?

I believe our healthy diet plays significant role to our overall health in the long term, and I'm still not sure yet whether using more simple formula in pills or capsules contain healthy natural foods is the answer. Although I'm aware that nowadays we're living in a fast pace environment & hectic life, whereas we need more simplicity life style to cope with natural healthy diet.

Hope we can still being able to go back to nature & maintain the freshness & originality of the natural foods as our main regular diet.

The pops are in fact in pill form. The ingredients are all natural, they are basically a whole bunch of fruits and veggies ground up incredibly small and put into a capsule form to make it easier to take. I also believe that eating right is vital to good health, but in my case, I have 28yrs of eating what I want when I want. As a result I have been affected by head colds, allergies, and mild acne. Now I know just taking a pill everyday does not make it better, I do need vitamins to make up for the great gaps I have from not eating properly. I was taking all the over the counter stuff to help to make up for it, but they just never seemed to really help. I felt better because I took them, I thought I was really doing myself some good. I did some research on them, saw that I could not even say half of the ingredients in them, and ordered the pops. I am on day 3 of them, and I feel great. The Whole Food Nation says it can take up to 60 days for the full effect, but I guess when you eat as much crap as I do, they may take effect more quickly. I am thrilled that for once I am getting some sort of veggies and fruits in my diet. I grew up in a meat and potato household. Dad raised me and we ate what we wanted to. Nutrition was never a concern for us. I am making small steps daily to eat better, I have replaced my Dr. Pepper habit almost completely with juice and unsweetened tea with lemon. But as I said 28yrs of bad habits can't be changed overnight. And as you said we live in a very fast paced life now. More often than not it's just easier to drive to the nearest fast food place and buy dinner for the family. My husband and I have done it many times. We don't have any children yet, but I see that as a blessing as well as finding out about ways to be healthier prior to us having children. I do not look down on anyone who is so crammed for time that they do not have the energy to cook a meal, it is all to common in this modern day world we live in. But I do believe that fast food, whether you buy it at a window, or the frozen section of the grocer, is the reason why there are so many health issues out there. If everyone in America were to eat nothing but whole foods, could you imagine? No more fast food on every corner, no more grocery stores stocked with boxes and cans. I believe that would be a much nicer place to live myself.
